Every summer, East Side Lutheran Church gives children and adults an opportunity to spent time in nature and fellowship at camp. We often attend programs at:

- Klein Ranch – Isabel, SD
- NeSoDak – Waubay, SD
- Shetek – Slayton, MN
2022 Bible Camp Programs
June 12-17 – High School Peer Ministry Camp at Outlaw Ranch – Peer ministry is an intentional way of training youth on how to respond to friends who are suffering. This week of camp includes face-to-face, learn-by-doing, skill-by-skill experiences — no lectures, powerpoint presentations or white boards needed. You will learn Peer Ministry Leadership skills by entering the life and faith experiences of everyone in the room. Skills learned will include: Listening, Questioning, Non-verbal Communication, Welcoming A Stranger, Values and Decision Making. [click for more details]
June 19-23 – Grade School Day Camp at East Side Lutheran Church [details coming soon]
June 26-July 1 – Family Camp at Outlaw Ranch – Enjoy a quality, faith centered, and all inclusive vacation for families of ALL varieties! Join guest Bible study leader and Hebrew scholar Michael Chan, and musicians Tangled Blue (Joel and Aimée Pakan), and staff for a relaxed atmosphere in the Black Hills. [click for more details]
June 26-28 – 3rd & 4th grade camp at Shetek – Geared for first time campers, this two night, three-day Mini Camp is an excellent introduction to the overnight camp experience. [click for more details]
July 31-August 5 – Confirmation Camp at NeSoDak – This camp is for congregations seeking a memorable experience for their Confirmation students. The week provides a classic Bible camp experience while setting aside time each day for pastors and youth leaders to lead their group in time together. [click for more details]

Please note: We do not want anyone to miss the opportunity to go to camp (or attend camp events here at the church) due to financial restraints. Financial assistance is available.
