Rent the facilities of East Side Lutheran Church for your next birthday, anniversary, family reunion, graduation reception, Baptism, bridal shower, or benefit. Click on the button below to download guidelines and information for planning a celebration.
Self-contained functions include family reunions, graduation receptions, Baptisms, benefits, bridal showers, etc. These types of parties require $100 payable to East Side Lutheran Church for use of facilities and $30.00 (per hour) for security services.
The party planner will provide all food, i.e., sandwiches, cake, salads, punch, coffee, cream, and sugar as we are a catering-only kitchen. All food (hot or cold) must be prepared off site. The party planner will also provide all paper products for serving, including plates, silverware, two sizes of napkins, and decorations. Church coffee cups and glasses will be used.
No parties can be booked for the following holidays: New Years Day, Holy Week, Easter Weekend, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Week (this includes Christmas Day and Eve) and New Year's Eve.
Honorees or planners of all parties scheduled must be a member of East Side Lutheran Church.
Pay fees below as follows when WELCA serves a function.
No charge for WELCA to serve.
(Donation to WELCA, if desired.) $100 payable to East Side Lutheran Church for use of facility. $30 per hour for security.

Group may come into the church to decorate and bring food one hour before function and one hour after function for cleanup.

Rental fee exemptions: baptism receptions & worship services. Freewill donations welcome. Other fees still apply.
